HSC Research Data Requests
Welcome to the research data request portal by Clinical & Translational Science Center’s Informatics Core.
For NON-research request including business, operational, or QI, submit here: UNMH Clinical Data Request portal.
To determine whether your project counts as Research or as Quality Improvement, please use the Research vs. QI Decision Tool.
We handle requests relaed to IRB-covered research including:
  • Research Preparation (aggregated feasibility counts, no IRB needed)
  • Research Access to PowerChart (EMR logon and permissions for non-clinician researchers)
  • Research Data Extracts (identified or de-identified data)
  • Radiology Images (for research)
  • Pooled Nation-Wide Clinical Databases (HealthFacts, Cerner RWD, Truven MarketScan, TriNetX)
Of note, publications using any of the above services are required to cite the current grant with the following language: “This project is supported by an award from the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, National Institutes of Health under grant number UL1TR001449.”
