NEW REDCap Accounts

I am an HSC regular staff employee, faculty or student with an HSC Net ID and would like a NEW REDCap Account.

I am NOT an HSC regular staff employee, but an affilate user from main campus or another institution who has been granted an HSC Net ID, and would like a NEW REDCap Account.


Account RENEWALS

I have received an account expiration notification from REDCap and would like to renew my CURRENT REDCap User Agreement (extending my expiration date). I have a current HSC Net ID.

Do not use the RENEWAL option if your account has been expired for more than a year. Please request a new account using the HSC STAFF button above, or contact a REDCap Administrator by email.
